Full job description

Job Summary
Night time telephonist required for busy Taxi Office
This is a Fixed Term position of around 20-30 hours per week with potential for more hours when cover is required.
We are looking for someone to join our team that is able to commit to a minimum of 3 night shifts per week to include weekends.
We are a 24/7 business and run 365 days per year so flexibility is required.

Duties will include:

Taking telephone calls from customers and taxi drivers.
Data input into our computer systems.
Taking immediate and advanced bookings.
Dealing with customer enquiries & complaints.
General office duties. Skills Required:
good typing skills.
Attention to detail.
Clear telephone voice.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Excellent computer and keyboard skills.
Excellent customer care skills.
The ability to deal with difficult calls in a calm and professional manner.
An awareness of confidentiality issues.
Good time-keeping and reliability.
Positive attitude towards work.
The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch Areas.

FULL TRAINING PROVIDED

Meets national minimum wage.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
