Responsibilities

Delivery of Ground Theory instruction for the MCC, APS MCC & MCCI (A) courses
Delivery of Simulator Practical Instruction for the MCC, APS MCC & MCCI (A) courses
Development and updating of training materials, lesson plans, and courseware to align with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Evaluation and assessment of trainee performance through written examinations, simulator assessments, and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Adherence to safety procedures, security protocols, and operational standards during training sessions.
Fostering a positive learning environment, promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence among students.
Other duties at the direction of MMPT.

Requirements

Current UK Part-FCL MCCI(A) qualification with an EASA Part-FCL MCCI(A) desirable.
Extensive experience in training as an instructor for professional pilots license.
SFI/TRI and SFE/TRE experience.
Experience in operating FNPT II MCC FSTDs or FTDs.
Familiarity with UK CAA and EASA regulations and requirements related to APS MCC training.
Current or previously held UK Part FCL Flying Instructor Rating
Hold or previously held UK Part FCL ATPL or CPL.
Minimum 1500 hours flying in multicrew operation.
High standards of instructional ability and integrity.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, operational demands, and evolving training needs.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to safety.

Benefits

Day rate £400 with an additional supplement for finish times later than 2300.
Paid at a training rate during standardisation.
