Full job description

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity across both our retail and wholesale businesses. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is commercially minded, highly organised and confident managing both people and projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in planning campaigns, overseeing content and ecommerce activity, supporting sales growth and helping shape the overall direction of our brands.

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day marketing activity across retail and wholesale brands
Planning and delivering campaigns across email, social media, website and paid channels
Overseeing ecommerce marketing activity including product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns
Managing and supporting members of the marketing team (In-house, freelance and agencies) helping prioritise workload and maintain standards
Working closely with ecommerce, design and sales teams to ensure marketing activity supports commercial goals
Reviewing marketing performance, reporting on results and identifying opportunities for improvement
Coordinating content creation including product copy, email campaigns, social content and website updates
Maintaining brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
Supporting wider business projects, launches and events where required

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a marketing management role
Strong understanding of Shopify ecommerce and digital marketing
Experience working across multiple brands or sales channels is highly desirable
Confident managing people and comfortable taking ownership of projects and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision making
Experience within retail, wholesale, fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle sectors

Must Haves

3 years experience in a marketing management role for a marketing agency product or a based company
3 years experience managing a team of at least 3 people
3 years experience of Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
Degree Level Education.

This is a fast-paced role within a growing business, offering the opportunity to work across a broad mix of marketing activity rather than being limited to a single channel or discipline. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, motivated and happy to be involved in both strategy and day-to-day execution.
