Job Title: CNC Machinist (Mills or Lathes)
Pay: £35,000 - £42,000 per year
Location: In person, Near Poole, Manufacturing Facility

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with expertise in either CNC Mills or CNC Lathes to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a 4-day work week and competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Set, operate, and program CNC machines.
Work with Heidenhain and/or Fanuc controls.
Produce precision components to tight tolerances.
Read and interpret engineering drawings.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (Mills or Lathes).
Familiarity with Heidenhain or Fanuc controls (advantageous).
Mastercam experience is a bonus.
Strong attention to detail and quality.

Working Hours & Benefits:

4-day work week (Monday to Thursday), 39 hours.
Flexible start and finish times (06:30 to 17:30).
Company pension, free on-site parking.
Overtime at enhanced rate
Holidays

Pay: Up to £42,000.00 per year
