We are lookingfor a self-motivated, punctual and reliable individual to join our Administration Team.
Summary information
· Full-time position, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5:00pm (However, we are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements where appropriate — please don’t let set hours stop you from applying.)
· 22 days holiday & bank holidays (rising to 26 days dependent upon length of service)
· Office location: Commercial Road, Ashley Cross

Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
· Being part of the administration team, providing support to both our clients and advisers
· Learning our electronic back-office database (IRESS/XPlan)
· Assisting with client or provider queries
· Updating and maintaining back-office systems and client records
· Processing client investment instructions to our internal service level deadlines
· Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
· Documenting accurate and timely records of all communication with clients and product providers
· General administrative duties
· In the absence of the receptionist to provide reception cover, welcoming clients and visitors to the office.
We are looking for someone who has:
· Good attention to detail
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· IT literate with experience in Microsoft Office. Experience with IRESS/XPlan is desirable.
· Enjoys working as part of a team
· Possesses strong communication skills
· Ability to adapt to changing and challenging circumstances
· Ability to carry out a task from start to finish
· Previous experience and knowledge of Financial Services (desirable but not essential)
· An understanding of the financial planning process and products (desirable but not essential)
