What You’ll Be Doing:

Creating engaging and exciting learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years, both indoors and outdoors.
Working as a valued member of our friendly and supportive team.
Bringing your positive attitude and passion for early years education to everything you do.
Contribute to the positive and happy environment we provide for our children.

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for early years education and a positive, can-do attitude.
A team player with good communication skills
A Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years Education.
Someone looking for a career in early years.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: Qualified 18+ year olds from £30,000 to £34,800 FTE inclusive of paid lunch breaks
Generous Welcome Bonus: £1000 onboarding bonus (£500 on joining, and an additional £500 after successful completion of your 6-month probation).
Set working patterns. Part-time and full-time available.
Paid Breaks & Meetings: We value your time and ensure you're paid for lunch breaks and staff meetings.
5.6 weeks paid holiday (including bank holidays).
Kids Love Nature Kindergarten at Lytchett Minster, Dorchester Road, Poole, BH16 6JE.

Contract: Part-time working 12.00 PM - 17.00 PM Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
