Property / Lettings Administrator
Location: Poole, Dorset
Job Type: Part-Time
Hours: Flexible weekday working hours across a 4–5 day week
Salary: £18–£22 per hour (depending on experience)

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and reliable individual to support the day-to-day administration and operations of the business.
This is a varied and important role at the centre of the company, involving compliance, maintenance coordination, and general operational support.

Key Responsibilities
Tenant & Lettings Administration
- Responding to tenant enquiries by email
- Managing the full administrative lettings process from enquiry and application through to tenancy completion
- Preparing tenancy agreements and associated paperwork
- Organising tenancy move-ins, move-outs, check-ins, and check-outs
- Maintaining accurate tenant and property records
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensuring all legal, compliance, and tenancy documentation is completed, approved, and stored correctly
- Managing tenancy documents, prescribed information, and compliance records
- Organising and filing invoices, receipts, and property documentation
Property Management Support
- Liaising with tenants and management staff regarding maintenance issues
- Coordinating contractor appointments and maintenance works
- Occasional errands or collection of items from local suppliers where required
- Supporting the management team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Requesting tenant feedback and maintaining positive tenant relations
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Essential
- Experience within lettings, property management, or residential administration
- Familiarity with tenancy processes and compliance requirements
