About Us
Atlanticbike designs and builds premium steel and timber structures for residential properties across London - think architectural front-of-house builds combining bike storage, bin enclosures and living roofs. Every project is bespoke, design-led, and installed on some of London's best streets.
We're a small, skilled team growing fast. We have high standards, an organised workshop, and we care about doing things properly - from the first site survey through to the finished installation.
The Role
This isn't a production line job. You'll be involved across the full lifecycle of a project - from contributing ideas during the build process, to fabricating in the workshop, to travelling into London with the team for installations.
Day-to-day you'll be:
- TIG/MIG welding steel parts and assemblies
- Fabricating from steel sections and folded sheet metal parts
- Working with laser-cut components and folding on a press brake
- Finishing welds to a high standard - finish quality matters here
- Reading and working accurately from technical drawings
- Assembling bespoke structures in the workshop
- Joining site installations in London approximately one day per week (company vehicle provided)
What We're Looking For

- Hands-on fabrication experience
- Comfortable reading drawings and working to tolerances
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Curious and practical - you like understanding how things go together
- Full UK driving licence
