We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join the team on-site at our family run accident repair centre in Swansea.
This is an all-rounder role requiring hands-on expertise across paint refinishing, panel beating, and MET (Mechanical, Electrical, Trim) stripping and fitting. The ideal candidate would hold a formal qualification in either paint or panel, possess solid industry experience, and be fully capable of working independently from day one.
This is a permanent, full-time role designed to provide critical cover across our paint, panel, and MET departments. Rather than being tied to one role, you will act as our ultimate all-rounder, stepping in seamlessly to cover staff leave, peak workloads, or bottlenecks.
