Job description

We have 2 vacancies for shop managers in the Swansea area.

Daytime hours with earliest start 6.00am and finish time 4.45pm Monday to Friday and Saturday finish between 3pm and 4.45pm. this will be discussed more at your interview.

You will be managing a small team with the emphasis on driving sales delivering excellent customer service and producing high quality fresh food.

Training

We are very passionate about Training and supporting our Managers to ensure that they can confidently carry out their job role to the standard the we expect.

· Your initial training will be done with a mentor manager at their branch they will train you on the company policies and standards we expect of our managers

· Mentor Manager will support you on your introduction to your branch, you will also be supported by your Area Manager who will ensure that you receive the necessary training to develop your skills and confidence within our Company.

· 13 week trial period during which you will receive regular feedback to help you achieve

* We are always looking to develop and progress our staff so that there will be opportunities for promotion within our company.

* We are proud to say that we believe in "growing our own" and have seen many of our staff start as Sales Assistants and been promoted up to management positions, and managers who have gone on to be Area Managers within our Company.
