Role Summary
Olatti is the new business phone system from Circle Cloud Communications Ltd - built in the UK, launching in the UK first and then the US, and fully bootstrapped. We're looking for one person to own growth end to end.
Your number is trials: how many people find Olatti, start a trial, and become customers. Everything that moves that number belongs to you - content strategy, performance advertising, SEO, PR and press relationships, podcasts, partnerships, creators, and user-generated content. You'll work directly with the founder on strategy and set the direction our Head of Content executes against.
Deep knowledge of the UK market is essential, because that's where we launch. If you know the US market just as well, even better - that's where we go next.
This is a senior, hands-on role. You execute yourself rather than brief agencies, and you'll have the autonomy and budget accountability that comes with owning the whole funnel.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Ownership
- Own the trial pipeline end to end: more people discovering Olatti, starting a trial, and converting to paying customers
- Watch the whole funnel, from first visit to paying customer, and act on what the numbers tell you
- Report on growth honestly - what worked, what didn't, and what you're changing
Content & SEO
- Build and run the content strategy: blog, SEO, email, and social
- Give our Head of Content clear direction to execute against - you set the strategy, they make it real
- Own search visibility as a channel, organic and paid
Paid & Performance
- Plan and run performance advertising on Meta and Google
- Know when a channel is worth the spend and when it isn't, and be willing to switch off what doesn't perform
PR, Partnerships & Earned
- Run PR properly: write press releases, send them under embargo, and build lasting relationships with the journalists who cover business software
- Line up podcast appearances, partnerships, creator sponsorships, and user-generated content
Brand
- Sharpen how Olatti shows up everywhere it shows up - the brand is part of the growth engine, not separate from it
Required Experience
- A track record of growth marketing at a SaaS, tech, or AI company - you've owned a sign-ups or trials number before and you moved it
- Deep knowledge of the UK market
- Hands-on across channels: paid, SEO, content, email, and PR - you execute yourself rather than brief agencies
- Fluent with analytics - you form a hypothesis, test it, and let the data settle the argument
- You use AI tools daily and they make you noticeably faster
- Strong writing - much of this job is words that have to earn attention
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely with a small, fast team
Desirable Experience
- Strong knowledge of the US market on top of the UK - the ideal combination, since that's our second launch
- Experience marketing to small and mid-sized businesses
- Time at a bootstrapped or early-stage company where budgets had to be justified
- PR contacts in UK business and tech press you can actually call on
