Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in administrative support to contribute to the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Duties

Managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the office runs efficiently
Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising schedules, appointments, and meetings using organisational skills and calendar management tools
Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office programmes, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Maintaining organised filing systems both digitally and physically
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping procedures
Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
Demonstrated clerical experience with a keen eye for detail
