We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the team and help shape the visual side of the business. You'll work closely with our marketing and retail teams to bring our brand to life across packaging, print, digital and in-store displays. We've got loads of exciting projects on the go — new product ranges, refreshed packaging, signage for our visitor centres, social media content and seasonal campaigns — so there's plenty of variety and creative freedom to get stuck into.
What you'll be doing
- Designing packaging, labels and product collateral for our candle and home fragrance ranges
- Creating digital assets for our website, email campaigns, and social media
- Producing print materials — leaflets, posters, in-store signage, point-of-sale, gift cards
- Working with marketing on seasonal campaigns and new product launches
- Helping to maintain and develop our brand guidelines so everything stays consistent across all our sites and channels
- Supporting our retail teams with display and merchandising design
- Collaborating with photographers, printers and external suppliers to bring projects over the line
- Designing new products and t-shirt designs
What we're looking for
- Solid experience as a graphic designer, ideally in a brand, retail or product-led environment
- Strong portfolio showing packaging, print and digital work
- Confident with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) — bonus points for any motion or video skills
- A good eye for typography, layout and detail
- Able to manage your own time and juggle a few projects at once without losing the heid
- A team player who's happy to muck in with whatever the day throws at you
- Genuine interest in our brand and the kind of stories we tell — Skye, the Highlands, Gaelic culture
- Gaelic language skills would be a lovely bonus but absolutely not essential
