Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food production, safety, and customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure exceptional dining experiences, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service standards.
Supervise and motivate team members, including chefs, servers, and baristas, fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and adherence to safety regulations.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health & safety legislation at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimise food production and presentation.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.
Organise training programmes for staff development in hospitality skills and food safety practices.

Skills

Proven management experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to supervise diverse teams effectively.
Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, food preparation, and serving standards.
Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary processes, and food safety regulations.
Experience in supervising food service operations such as barista services or general restaurant management.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
Outstanding communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and customers alike.
Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices in customer service excellence. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to lead a thriving restaurant environment while delivering exceptional dining experiences through effective management and culinary expertise.

Pay: £24,420.00-£47,303.97 per year
