Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and personable Front of House Staff to create a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. In this vibrant role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth service flow, maintaining a friendly atmosphere, and supporting the overall hospitality environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a positive environment where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and assistance throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
Serve food, drinks, and catering items with professionalism and enthusiasm
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times
Support barista duties when required, including preparing coffee and specialty beverages
Handle guest inquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality is preferred but not required; a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences is essential
Knowledge of catering, serving, and food safety practices
Experience working as a barista or in food preparation is a plus
Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills related to food service and hospitality operations
Reliable team player committed to creating positive guest interactions
