Job Summary

Earth Spas and Spa Parts Vortex are seeking a motivated Junior Creative & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Portsmouth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stage of their marketing or creative career to develop hands-on experience across content creation, digital marketing, design, and campaign delivery within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

This paid role is ideal for a junior marketer or creative who is eager to build a broad skill set across two expanding brands, working closely with management and contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and B2B campaigns
Create engaging social media content, graphics, and digital assets, and analyse performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
Design and update brochures, banners, POS materials, and dealer marketing assets
Support SEO optimisation through keyword research and content optimisation using WordPress and Adobe Photoshop
Contribute to copywriting for website content, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials
Support product launches and wider marketing campaigns across both brands
Assist with photography and video content creation where required
Coordinate with management on project timelines, deliverables, and organisational tasks
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance to inform future strategy
Help organise marketing events or initiatives, demonstrating strong organisational and time‑management skills
Maintain and organise the company’s growing library of marketing assets

Skills & Experience

Previous experience or an internship in marketing, digital media, design, or a related field is preferred but not essential
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Canva, WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is advantageous
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, particularly for copywriting
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Basic understanding of SEO principles, social media management, B2B marketing, and digital marketing tools
A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn
