What you'll do :
As a Quality Inspector / CMM Programmer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and manufacturing excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for validating production processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the delivery of precision-engineered components to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting First Off Inspections of manufactured components to verify production readiness and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Validating manufacturing setups and confirming dimensional accuracy against engineering drawings, process sketches, and customer requirements.
- Ensuring all inspection activities, records, and documentation are completed in line with company procedures, industry standards, and quality requirements.
- Investigating quality concerns, supporting root cause analysis, and helping implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing performance.
- Supporting internal and external audits while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
- Creating, modifying, and maintaining CMM programs, ensuring inspection methods remain accurate, efficient, and up to date.
- Providing training and guidance to new employees and shopfloor personnel on CMM operation and inspection best practices.
- Driving a culture of quality, accuracy, and continuous learning throughout the manufacturing environment.
