Job Overview
Salaried GP Opportunity – Where Career Meets Coastal Living

Location: Beautiful Seaside Town, West Sussex
Sessions: 4 sessions per week (Monday and Wednesday ideally)
Salary: Competitive & Negotiable

About the Role

Are you a newly qualified GP or ready for a fulfilling new challenge? Looking to improve your work-life balance while delivering exceptional patient care?

We’re a welcoming, forward-thinking GP Practice by the sea, and we’re excited to offer a Salaried GP position (4 sessions) with:

Minimal admin responsibilities
Flexible session set up
Remote working options
Limited admin due to regular admin GP cover.
Very limited home visits (covered by Visiting ANPs)

Job Description

Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical examinations to diagnose illnesses and health conditions.
Develop and implement personalised treatment plans based on clinical findings.
Administer medications and provide necessary medical interventions in accordance with established protocols.
Collaborate with specialists and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care effectively.
Engage in clinical research to contribute to advancements in medical knowledge and practice.
Provide education and support to patients regarding health management, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Participate in public health initiatives aimed at improving community health outcomes.
Offer care in various settings including home care, nursing homes, and ICU as required.

Requirements

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with valid registration with the relevant medical board.
Proven experience in patient care, preferably within a general practice or similar setting.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, medication administration, and medical imaging techniques.
Experience in senior care is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on medical advancements.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high standard of care.
