About the Role
Milk & More have taken the strategic decision to operate brand new residential canvassing teams to complement the existing external operation and are recruiting Canvass Team Managers nationwide to efficiently serve our loyal customer base.
In this role, you’ll lead and motivate a team of canvassers, drive customer acquisition, and support the success of our field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of canvassers
- Create a team environment inspired through leadership by example, building strong motivational and support mechanisms to reinforce team structure
- Regularly review individual and team performance, providing ongoing field-based training solutions to address areas of concern
- Apply strong working knowledge of canvassing operations
- Drive customer acquisition through face‑to‑face engagement
- Promote Milk & More’s products and delivery services
- Build strong rapport with potential customers
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
- Coach team members through field-based training and development
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence and Car (essential)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven sales experience with the ability to meet performance targets
- Confident in training, developing, and supporting others
- Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and within a team
- Dairy canvassing experience preferred, but strong canvassing backgrounds from any sector welcome
- Ideal for applicants ready to take a first step into leadership
