About The Role
As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will play an instrumental role in maintaining the operational integrity of our diverse fleet and guaranteeing exceptional customer satisfaction. This client-facing position demands a proactive and resourceful professional with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, plumbing skills, and a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality service. You will execute a wide range of maintenance tasks, including mechanical and electrical repairs, plumbing fixes, and various joinery work across our cabin, modular, and welfare units. Your responsibilities will also encompass performing on-site installations and dismantles, such as erecting and dismantling staircases. You will adeptly diagnose faults, complete necessary repairs efficiently, and provide expert advice to customers during call-outs, always striving for a 'fix it first time' approach. We are looking for an adaptable, organised individual capable of managing multiple tasks independently and collaboratively. Previous experience in site accommodation hire, installation, and maintenance will be highly beneficial.
