Full job description

Job Opportunity: Part-Time Administrative & Graphic Design Coordinator

Location: Newport Pagnell office

Hours: 8-16 hours per week (flexible)

Pay: £14.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual role combining administration and graphic design and website managment.

In this position, you will be responsible for keeping company contracts up-to-date, assisting with ordering supplies, and creating promotional marketing materials. You will also be trained to use the Salon iQ system to manage client communications and intelligent marketing campaigns.

Key Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Basic graphic design experience (e.g., Adobe, Photoshop, or similar tools)
Willingness to learn and work with the Salon iQ marketing system
Ability to create engaging promotional content
Good communication skills and the ability to multitask

What We Offer:

£14.00 per hour
8-16 hours per week with flexible scheduling
Supportive team environment
