The role
We're looking for an experienced RICS Residential or Building Surveyor based in or around Dorset. Our patch runs across parts of Dorset, Hampshire and London primarily in the Dorset area is where we need support most.
AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS.
You'll be carrying out RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys. With some Red Book valuations. You will need a full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK.
What working here actually looks like
One survey a day. Four a week. Enough time to do the job properly. You'll have office support handling bookings and admin.
You manage your own diary. If you need to drop the kids at school, you drop them. Sports day? Please go. As long as the work gets done and the client is looked after, how you structure your day is up to you.
The terms: 25 days annual leave, bank holidays, Full-time or part-time considered.

The salary: Competitive and experience-dependent. We'd rather have an honest conversation than lose the right person over a number on a page.
