Alongside our sister company, Venture Away Music Weekends, we also organise exciting Rock & Roll Weekenders at iconic venues across the UK.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Events & Customer Services Coordinator to become part of our friendly, family-run team.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in helping deliver our events from the first customer enquiry through to the successful running of our festivals and music weekends.
Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Delivering outstanding customer service by telephone and email
✔ Processing bookings and maintaining customer records
✔ Producing customer correspondence and event documentation
✔ Using Microsoft Excel to maintain spreadsheets and reports
✔ General office administration
✔ Liaising with holiday parks, sports venues and suppliers
✔ Assisting with event planning and organisation
✔ Attending selected weekends throughout the year as an SCI Events Representative
✔ Supporting presentations, registrations and event operations
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
✅ Friendly and professional
✅ Organised with excellent attention to detail
✅ Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills
✅ Confident using Microsoft Excel
✅ Comfortable speaking to customers on the telephone
✅ A great communicator
✅ Able to work independently and as part of a small team
✅ Flexible and willing to attend selected event weekends
Previous administration, customer service or events experience is desirable but not essential.
A full UK driving licence would be an advantage.
What We Offer
Starting Salary: £26,000 per annum
