Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and optimise performance.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Organise and oversee daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Ensure high standards of customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Monitor sales figures, analyse performance data, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage administrative duties such as scheduling staff shifts, maintaining records, and reporting on sales activities.
- Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff, recognising achievements, and encouraging professional development.
- Assist in recruitment processes by interviewing candidates and selecting suitable personnel.
- Maintain organised workspaces and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, including supervising teams.
- Keen Skier
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability in sales management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in time management with the capacity to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Sound administrative experience with good organisational skills for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Excellent phone etiquette coupled with strong interpersonal skills to engage customers confidently.
