About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Supervisor to support our warehouse operations team in Heathrow, Colnbrook. You will work closely with the Operations Supervisor to help manage the day-to-day running of our CVIT (Cash and Valuables in Transit) operation, which includes supervising drivers and cashier staff.
This is a hands-on role that covers everything from answering emails and calls to managing routes and supporting the wider team. If you are organised, a good communicator, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, we would love to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Help the supervisor manage daily warehouse and CVIT operations
- Coordinate drivers and cashier staff and keep schedules on track
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls for the operations team
- Manage and monitor transport routes and vehicle scheduling
- Attend and help arrange team meetings and briefings
- Keep accurate records, logs, and daily reports
- Make sure the team follows company policies and procedures
- Support management with admin tasks and reporting
- Cover for the supervisor when needed
What We Need From You
- Some previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (any industry considered)
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal
- Confident using computers and IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- Able to stay organised and manage your time well
- Happy to work flexible hours including early starts or evenings when needed
- A reliable, professional attitude and a good eye for detail
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics, security, or a CVIT/cash-in-transit environment
- Familiarity with route planning or transport management systems
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures
The Package
- £14.50 per hour
- 20 to 30 hours per week
- Based in Heathrow, Colnbrook
- Immediate start available

TRAINING
A full induction Training Programme will be provided. Followed by on-the-job training. You will be assessed during the training period. You will be paid for your training period.
RATE OF PAY
The current rate of pay is £14.50 per hour. You will be contracted to work a minimum of 20hours per week.
You will be paid monthly by credit transfer to your nominated bank account.
DAYS OF WORK
Working Monday to Friday– shift work – 8 hour shift
PENSION SCHEME
After 3 months service with the Company, you will be automatically enrolled into the Company Pension Scheme (NEST), if eligible.
SICKNESS
SSP is paid for any periods of sickness within the first 12 months.
HOLIDAYS
Holiday Year is: April - March
You will be entitled 16 days (4 weeks) holiday per year. Plus 8 statutory holidays. We do work on public holidays can take it as lieu or additional payments. There is a rota so it is fairly allocated.
