Aesthetic Therapist (Skin, Laser & Aesthetics) - Glass Face Clinic, Hazel Grove
Part-time | 2-3 days per week | Availability required between Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Are you a skilled, passionate Therapist ready to grow within a luxury medical aesthetics clinic?
Glass Face Clinic is a medically-led skin, laser and aesthetics clinic based in Hazel Grove, Stockport. We offer an advanced, results-driven treatment menu including Diode laser hair removal, BBL Hero, advanced skin treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, aesthetic injectables, and biostimulators. We're looking for a talented and committed therapist to join our small, high-performing team on a part-time basis, with genuine opportunity to grow your hours and increase your pay as the clinic continues to scale.
This is not a role for someone looking for a temporary position or is new to the field. We want an established therapist who is invested in clinical excellence, their clients, and the overall growth of the clinic and themselves.

The Role
- Deliver advanced injectable, skin and laser treatments to the highest clinical standard
- Conduct thorough consultations and build bespoke, results-focused treatment plans
- Maintain exemplary client care from first contact through to aftercare
- Uphold strict clinical protocols and safety standards at all times
- Contribute to content creation - participating in content days, treatment demonstrations, and social media content in collaboration with our marketing team
- Support client events - attending and contributing to in-clinic events, open days, and brand activations
- Represent Glass Face with professionalism and pride both in clinic and online
Working Pattern
This role is weekend-based across Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday between 10am - 5pm. Availability on these days is non-negotiable and we are initially looking for 2-3 days per week, with a genuine pathway to increase hours for the right person during the week.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum requirement)
- Laser Core of Knowledge certification
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on clinical experience in a clinic setting treating skin
- Experience performing laser hair removal treatments, microneedling, peels, and facials.
- Able to commit to the weekend hours on a long term basis
- Laser qualification (Core of Knowledge or equivalent) - can be trained on if required
- Professional, polished, and client-focused with strong consultation skills
- Comfortable on camera and willing to support content and marketing activity
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and uphold high standards without supervision
Desirable:
- Healthcare professional role - e.g. registered nurse, physician associate, dental nurse, health care assistant, etc.
- Laser and IPL Level 4 certification
- Experience with injectables such as filler and toxin, experience with BBL device, experience in advanced skin treatments and PRP
- Familiarity with injectable or medical-led clinic environments
