You will have attention to detail and the ability to prioritize your own work to meet deadlines. You will have good interpersonal skills liaising with patients, medical and nursing staff as well as colleagues across the division. The Division provides an extensive range of services and facilities for both adults and children.

Our Patient services are vital for patient care with over 90,000 patient visits per year. Team members working in these service areas are usually the first point of contact for our patients and this sets the quality standard for their journey within the hospital. Excellent customer service skills are, therefore, essential to provide our patients with the experience you would wish for yourself, your relatives and loved ones.
We have a exciting opportunity in our Patient Services team and if you feel you can positively impact on the patient experience we want to hear from you. Basic keyboard skills and experience of using IT are required along with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and other visitors.
