What will this role achieve?
This role will provide key support to the Site Leadership Team for the Aintree factory site. The role reports to the Regional Finance Manager within Supply Chain Finance and will provide pivotal support in a range of areas, including the preparation of quarterly forecasts / budgets and performance reporting.
The role will involve working closely with a wide range of cross-functional team members as well as guiding the offshore finance function. Developing Cost Centre Managers' financial awareness, finance support for business cases for the site capital investment process and facilitating the management team in controlling and forecasting the cost base are all part of the responsibilities. Standard product costing ownership including financial support for the development of new products. A drive for continuous improvement will be crucial to develop the processes and practices of the site finance function.
What will be your key results?
Ensuring robust financial control through maintaining the site asset register, being responsible for timely capitalisation, disposal, and asset verification.
