Full job description

A1 skips, is a family-run business and has gone from strength to strength to be become one of Stoke-on-Trent’s leading Skip Hire and Waste Management recycling specialist. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company.

We are currently looking to recruit (immediate start)

1 x skip driver (Class 2) Full time

1 x Skip driver (class 2) Part-time

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

· The delivery and collection of skips
· Provide good customer service to our customers
· General housekeeping of the working area and Lorry
· Cooperating with management and co-workers
· Following all site health and safety rules
· Other duties as required

Requirements:

· Valid Driving Licence
· Driving: 4 year (required)
· Good communicative English
· Able to work as a part of a team
· Punctual, flexible and reliable
· Previously worked within the same sector or similar role (preferable)
· Friendly and courteous to customers
· Day shift Monday – Friday 07:00 – 17:00, plus rote Saturday 07:00-13:00
