BPLS is a growing conveyancing firm and we're looking for experienced Conveyancers to join us.
With a genuinely manageable caseload of c.60 files, you will receive onboarding and post-completion support, so you can comfortably manage your caseload and focus on providing the best service to our clients.

Essential experience:
· Minimum of 1.5-2 years managing your own Conveyancing caseload
· Leasehold and freehold purchases
· Shared ownership transactions
· Help to Buy
Desirable experience:
· Bridging loans
· Knowledge of the Building Safety Act
Key responsibilities:
· Organising and managing your caseload, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals
· Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports
· Reviewing draft contract packs and search results (local, environmental, etc.)
· Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
· Keeping clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents updated in line with our SLA turnaround times
· Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and maintaining accurate file records
· Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction
