Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Beauty Therapist Apprentice to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about beauty and skincare to gain practical experience while developing essential skills in a professional environment. As a Beauty Therapist Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced therapists, assisting with client treatments and learning the latest techniques in beauty therapy. This paid apprenticeship is ideal for those looking to start a career in the beauty industry and eager to enhance their knowledge and customer service skills.

Duties

Assist senior therapists with various beauty treatments, including skincare, massage, and waxing
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment is sterilised and ready for use
Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Apply makeup as directed by senior staff, ensuring colour matching and application are precise
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards
Support the team with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and client records management
Stay updated on current beauty trends and techniques through ongoing learning and training sessions

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of makeup application techniques
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to learn new skills
Organised with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Previous experience in beauty or skincare is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
Ability to work well within a team environment and follow instructions diligently
