Job Description:
You will manage a team of technical developers and data engineers, driving the delivery of key projects while overseeing business-as-usual activities and leading continuous improvement initiatives. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how data is leveraged across the organisation.

Core duties:
- Managing a Team of technical developers, providing line management duties
- Conducting regular 1-2-1s in the team
- Completing PDRs, Development plans and goals for the team
- Working closely with Architecture, PMs, BAs, testers and SCRUM Masters to ensure the delivery of products and services to our customers
- Running Team Meetings and setting workload priorities
- Working within Attlassian toolset to manage work queue of the team
- Engagement with customers of the delivery schedule and progress of developments
- Working with team to resolve incidents and changes
Essential Skills:
- Good working knowledge of SQL Server
- Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for data integration and ETL processes
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
