Granite House is one of the UK’s leading custom worktop specialists – and we’re looking for someone with raw, hands-on talent to train as a Worktop Finisher.
You’ll be working with granite, quartz, and solid surface materials, focusing on mitering, building up edges, and perfecting finishes – turning raw stone into stunning, ready-to-install worktops.
No prior stone experience needed – we provide full training for the right candidate. If you've worked in trades like joinery, cabinetry, bench fitting, kitchen fitting, tiling, plastering, or solid surface fabrication, your skills are highly transferable.

- Good with tools and materials – with an eye for fine detail

Key Responsibilities:
- Mitering and building up edges of stone and solid surface worktops
- Finishing joints and edges to high standards
- Working alongside skilled fabricators to learn advanced techniques
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
- Delivering consistent, high-quality craftsmanship
