Mellex Group Limited is a family run company trading for over 25 years, in August 2021 the company acquired Leggat Plant Limited, Bridgend Hire Limited, and Bridgend Training Limited.
Due to continuing growth, we require a full-time Finance Assistant Manager to assist the Finance Director and Finance Manager.
Role:
- Maintaining Debtors Ledger.
- Maintaining Creditors Ledger.
- Sending out Monthly Customer statements.
- Management of Accounts receivable including receipts.
- Credit Control
- Enter all nominal/cashbook transactions
- Reconciliation of Bank.
- Monthly trial balance reconciliation.
- Providing general administration support throughout the company.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
- Experience, skills, and qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role 3 years minimum.
- Knowledge of Sage 200 and Syrinx would be an advantage but not compulsory (full training will be given).
- Must be polite, and act in a professional manner.
- Confident and effective communicator, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Must be able to prioritise workload and ability to work independently whilst being an excellent team player.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
