Full job description

Job Summary
We specialise in spray painting, painting & decorating, UPVC spraying, windows, doors, kitchens, commercial coatings, exterior coatings, and high-end finishing work throughout Scotland.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion of paints
Apply paints, varnishes, stains, and other decorative finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or other tools.
Ensure all work is completed to client specifications and within agreed timeframes.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
Assist in the planning and organising of decorating schedules for multiple projects.
Manage materials efficiently to minimise waste while maintaining quality standards.

Skills

Proven experience in construction painting and decorating with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Valid driving licence is desirable for travel between sites.
Excellent communication skills in English to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce neat, precise finishes.
Good organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to painting and decorating tasks.
