Full job description

As part of our team, you will help deliver an outstanding experience for members and guests across two 18-hole golf courses and a state-of-the-art driving range. You will get stuck into everything from course maintenance and operating machinery to exciting projects like turfing and landscaping, no two days the same, plenty of fresh air, and the chance to make a real impact while delivering an outstanding experience for every member and guest.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general course maintenance including greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and roughs.
Operate machinery safely and maintain equipment to high standards.
Assist with projects such as aeration, seeding, turfing, and landscaping.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and maintenance facilities.
Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies.
Be flexible with working hours to meet seasonal demands.

Working Conditions

Outdoor role in all weather conditions, involving regular physical activity.
