We are on the lookout for motivated individual to join our IT team as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating all aspects of the IT change management process to ensure seamless and efficient changes within the IT infrastructure. This role ensures changes are thoroughly assessed, authorised, prioritised, and implemented in alignment with organisational and compliance standards (such as ISO27001), minimising risk to operational stability and service delivery. The Analyst works collaboratively across departments to manage the impact of changes, reduce service disruption, and maintain high levels of system performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the IT change management process, overseeing and coordinating all change requests and ensuring they follow established protocols.
- Evaluate the risk and potential impact of each change on system operations, customer data security, and compliance standards, particularly focusing on ISO27001.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all change requests, approvals, implementations, and post-implementation reviews to ensure audit readiness.
- Regularly assess and improve change management processes to increase efficiency and reduce the frequency and impact of failed changes.
- Organise Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings by setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on any action items. They will ensure all necessary team members are informed about upcoming changes and given the opportunity to provide feedback.
- Work closely with IT, operations, and relevant department heads to coordinate change approvals and maintain effective communication throughout the change lifecycle.

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple change requests simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Works well with colleagues across departments, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment and adjusting to changing business and IT needs.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of change management frameworks including ITIL.
- Able to thoroughly analyse proposed changes, assess potential risks and impacts on IT systems and business processes, and make recommendations that support informed decision-making within the change management process.
- Manages multiple tasks and priorities effectively, meeting deadlines while ensuring quality standards are upheld Has a track record of working effectively within teams in a business environment, balancing individual and collective responsibilities, and supporting colleagues in achieving shared outcomes.
- Approaches work with a flexible, adaptable attitude, willing to adjust priorities and take on new responsibilities as required.

Working Hours
This role is Full Time based on 35 Hours per week. The location for this role is flexible.
