Commercial Manager / Estimator
Levismar Formwork & Groundworks Ltd is looking for somebody to join our office in Harrow on a full-time basis.
We carry out groundworks, reinforced concrete structures, basements, retaining walls, RC frames and associated construction works throughout London and the South East.
We are looking for somebody who can help with pricing work, dealing with clients, managing tender enquiries and helping grow the business.
Duties will include:
* Reviewing drawings and tender enquiries
* Requesting prices from suppliers and subcontractors
* Assisting with estimating and quotations
* Following up tenders and speaking with clients
* Managing emails and commercial correspondence
* Looking for new opportunities and helping secure new work
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
* Attending meetings when required
The ideal candidate should have previous construction experience and be confident speaking with clients, contractors and suppliers.
Experience in groundworks, RC frame, concrete structures, civil engineering or general construction would be beneficial.
This is an office-based role in Harrow and the successful candidate will be expected to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.
Self-employed arrangements can be considered.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
