✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Provide hands‑on, day‑to‑day support to Operational Management and aligned functions, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, CAA guidance, and DHL standards.
- Support the rollout of HSE standardisation and improvement initiatives aligned with DHL and customer goals.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HSE policies across the station.
- Partner with the HSE Business Partner to drive engagement and embed a Safety First & Just Culture mindset.
- Coordinate HSE activities on site, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Good knowledge of H&S regulations relevant to warehouse environments
- Experience in a safety or operational role with safety accountability
- Stakeholder engagement skills — able to build trust with site teams and customers
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify root causes and drive improvement
- Ability to communicate with stakeholder of all levels
