Join Our Team as a Swimming Instructor at The Sussex Swim School!

The Sussex Swim School is seeking passionate and qualified Swimming Instructors initially for Monday evenings 3.30 - 6.45pm to join our dedicated team. We offer personalized swimming lessons in a private, serene setting, catering to individuals of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality group and private swimming lessons, tailored to each student's needs.
Assess and monitor students' swimming abilities, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement.
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment by enforcing pool safety rules and supervising students at all times.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and any incidents, adhering to company policies.
Collaborate with fellow instructors to continually enhance our swimming programs and services.

Requirements:

Hold a Level 2 Swimming Teaching Qualification (or equivalent).
Demonstrate strong swimming skills and a thorough understanding of various swimming techniques.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
Show a commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment.
Previous experience in teaching swimming is preferred.
