This is Hybrid remote and at least one day a week in the Hereford & Worcester area inc. Malvern, Ross-on-Wye, Bromsgrove, Leominster and Evesham
Heales Medical is growing, and we’re looking for motivated physicians to join our Occupational
Health team. We work with a wide range of public and private organisations — including NHS trusts, local authorities, national companies and specialist industries—delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical services.
We welcome fully qualified Occupational Health Physicians as well as doctors with relevant experience or a strong interest in developing their career in occupational health.

What you’ll be doing:
Fitness-for-work and pre-placement assessments
Health surveillance and statutory medicals
Complex case management & return-to-work advice
Clinical support to our wider OH team
Workplace assessments & evidence-based recommendations
Clear, high-quality medical reporting
What you’ll bring:
GMC registration: essential
MFOM/FFOM/AFOM: ideal, but not essential
DOccMed: essential .
Experience or a strong interest in occupational health
Confident clinical judgement and excellent communication skills
Understanding of UK OH legislation and best practice
A collaborative, patient-centered approach
