Main Purpose of the Role!
To support SOGO’s Sales efforts with all SOGO One, Salary Sacrifice customer enquries & sales. This is a customer focussed role, supporting the end user through their decision making process when ordering their next (or first) brand new Salary Sacrifice vehicle. You will become a subject matter expert on Salary Sacrifice and the primary focus of the role is to guide customers through their ordering journey, responding to queries as well as giving guidance along the way. There will be some administrative tasks where you will be the conduit between SOGO and our dedicated insurance partner. This is a truly exciting role in a growth phase of the business.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within a sales or service driven role, particularly within the leasing / automotive space.
- Good knowledge of the Electric Vehicle marketplace.
- Experience working with all levels of senior management and departmental staff within a Company.
- Historic background within a target-driven environment.
- Historic background working with corporate customers
- Excellent time management and the ability to be flexible to meet customer demands.
- Strong customer service skills & personable telephone manner.
A Day in the Life
- Speak to customers interested in leasing an electric vehicle and qualifying the right one for them Manage the end to end sales pipeline with customers - from lead through to delivery and deliver sales in line with targets
- Manage customer orders in progress and supervise order processing Continue planning and targeting of the acquisition of new customers
- Recording customer satisfaction to ensure that customers are having the best experience Provide excellent customer service both through the sales process and also in after-sales customer care
- Strategically build your pipeline working with the team to create strong relationships both with internal stakeholders as well as with our customers both on a consumer and business level
