Senior Salesforce Administrator
Our Platforms team sits at the centre of easyJet holidays' growth ambition, responsible for the platforms and applications that keep the business running and enable us to scale. Salesforce provides the core CRM, case management and sales management capabilities across the business.
You'll be the expert for Salesforce across easyJet holidays, responsible for everything from day to day administration through to shaping the long term platform roadmap. It's a broad role with real autonomy, and the work you do will be felt across the organisation. Day to day, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of Salesforce administration including flows, page layouts, record types, approval processes, fields, dashboards, reports and more
- Owning user management, including roles, profiles, permissions, licence usage, and the joiners, movers and leavers process for contact centre staff
- Proactively maintaining the platform, security reviews, release updates, health checks and data storage management
- Gathering requirements and feedback from across the business, designing scalable best practice solutions and managing the product roadmap
- Configuring, building and testing changes, owning the release management process and communicating platform changes to users and stakeholders
- Training users on new functionality and keeping documentation current for maintenance and support
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards that support business decision making, and collaborating with data teams on reporting and analysis
- Managing and resolving escalated support tickets, working with third party partners and Salesforce support where needed
- Providing out of hours platform support when required
- Mentoring more junior members of the team
What you'll bring to the team:
- Extensive Salesforce administration experience, with strong knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (additional certifications are a bonus)
- Experience designing complex, scalable, best practice Salesforce solutions
- A solid understanding of contact centre operations and technologies, including CCaaS solutions
- Experience defining and executing a long term platform vision
- Familiarity with Apex code and triggers, data analysis and reporting tools, and AI automation through Einstein or Agentforce
- Strong change management and governance experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to nontechnical audiences up to senior leadership level
- Experience managing third-party relationships

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
