Treatment Coordinator – Full Time | St Albans

We’re Hiring!

Regency House Dental Practice is looking for a confident, proactive and organised Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, helping patients move forward with treatment and contributing to the growth of a modern dental practice.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience + commission
Location: Regency House Dental Practice
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person
Full training provided

About the Role

You’ll act as a key link between patients and the clinical team, helping guide patients through their treatment journey while ensuring excellent communication and organisation throughout.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating and discussing treatment plans with patients
Reactivating outstanding treatment plans and following up warm leads
Turning diary gaps and enquiries into booked appointments
Supporting patient consultations and treatment conversions
Managing patient communication, follow-ups and administrative tasks
Assisting with scanning workflows (iTero or similar experience beneficial)
Liaising with clinicians to ensure smooth patient journeys

This role is ideal if you:

Have strong communication and people skills
Enjoy customer-facing or sales-based roles
Are confident speaking to patients both over the phone and in person
Have a proactive and organised approach
Enjoy helping patients commit to treatment and improving their confidence
Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English
Strong follow-up and organisational skills
Comfortable using CRM, booking or dental software systems
Previous dental, healthcare, sales or customer-facing experience is highly beneficial
Chairside, scanning or iTero experience is a bonus
Right to work in the UK

Training & Support

Full hands-on training will be provided in:

Consultation and treatment workflows
Patient communication and conversion
Communication
