The Headteacher and Governors of Ysgol Gymunedol Bancffosfelen wish to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children in their education and development to become independent and confident individuals.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class Teacher to support the learning and development of students, providing one-on-one assistance as well as group support.
We will expect you to:
Assist with lesson planning and preparation.
Provide support to students during lessons and activities.
Help to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Monitor and record student progress.
Provide feedback to Teachers and parents.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
