Site Manager
Wynne Construction is seeking an experienced and reliable Site Manager to join our construction team, predominantly working across sites in North West Wales. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to consistently high standards.
The Role - Site Manager
As Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
· Overseeing site activities to support successful project delivery
· Planning, coordinating, and tracking construction activities against programme requirements
· Ordering materials, managing deliveries, and supporting the effective use of labour and resources
· Acting as Temporary Works Coordinator
· Supporting site teams and subcontractors to complete work safely and on schedule
· Ensuring all work meets project specifications, building regulations, and company quality standards
· Maintaining compliance with Health and Safety legislation and company procedures
· Supporting quality and environmental standards in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
· Completing and maintaining HSEQ documentation and records
· Working collaboratively with Contracts Managers and Quantity Surveyors on costs, variations, and programme delivery
· Building and maintaining constructive relationships with clients, design teams, neighbours, and other stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
· SMSTS qualification.
· First Aid at Work certification.
· Appropriate valid CSCS Card.
· Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations, CDM and current building regulations.
· IT proficiency competence, with working knowledge using online construction management systems.
· Full UK driving licence.
While not essential, the following are desirable:
· Degree, HNC, or NVQ in Construction Management.
· Fire Marshal qualification.
· Temporary Works Coordinator certification.
