After a career spanning more than three decades, working alongside some of the biggest names in hospitality and building a reputation for exceptional food, high standards and strong team culture, Scott Davis has taken the reins at The Butchers Arms in Llanddarog with a clear vision of creating one of the area’s most exciting dining destinations.
Now he's looking for a Restaurant Manager who shares that vision. Someone who leads from the front. Someone who understands that hospitality is about people as much as plates. Someone who takes pride in creating memorable experiences, developing great teams and delivering service that guests can't wait to come back for.
This is more than a management role. It's an opportunity to help shape the future of a restaurant with genuine ambition, working side-by-side with a chef whose passion, experience and drive continue to raise the bar.
If you're energetic, ambitious and ready to build something special, we'd love to hear from you.
