About Us
Breaker Surfacing Ltd is a growing surfacing and groundworks contractor working across Lincolnshire and throughout the UK. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, is hardworking, and wants consistent work with a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of groundworks.
- Assist with surfacing and associated civil engineering works.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Look after company vehicles, plant and equipment.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Ability to travel to and from our yard in Whaplode, Lincolnshire each working day.
- CIS Self-Employed status.
- Good work ethic with a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Additional Requirements

- Stay away from home when required.
