About Us:

Alpha Capital Group is a leading financial services provider dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and client satisfaction. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about regulatory compliance, data protection, and dispute resolution to play a key role in safeguarding our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing and verifying KYC applications for accuracy and completeness.
Ensuring all required documents are submitted, and reviewing the validity of client identification information.
Monitoring of and management of the compliance email inbox, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Identification and escalation of any suspicious activities or discrepancies in client applications.
Maintaining and updating client records to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Supporting the team in managing client onboarding processes and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Assisting with periodic audits and compliance reporting as required.
Staying up to date with relevant regulations and ensuring that internal processes are adjusted to maintain compliance.
It is envisaged that there will be scope for the role to evolve with more responsibilities and progression for the suitable candidate.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in an administration or compliance-related role, preferably within the financial or fintech industry, but this is not essential.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and potential risks.
Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of tasks efficiently.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,500.00 per year
