What You’ll Do

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be a key leader in the store driving commercial success while developing your team and creating an exceptional brand experience.

You will:

Lead from the front to create a high-performance, winning culture
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily operations: sales, service, stock, people, and compliance
Use store KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and take action
Coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve targets
Ensure a seamless and inspiring shopping experience through strong visual merchandising and store standards
Create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where everyone can thrive
Drive a culture of curiosity and continuous learning on the shop floor

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with a passion for people and sport.

18+ months’ experience in sports or fashion retail, with 12+ months at Assistant Store Manager level
Strong team leadership and coaching skills
Confident with KPIs, performance analysis, and decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of visual merchandising and store operations
Experience in team development, training, and handling challenging situations
Comfortable with MS Office and fluent in English
